Jubilee Community Care is keen to hear from clients or carers of clients who would be interested in being more socially connected than they feel at the moment.
Jubilee is willing to arrange for a regular social phone call each week or fortnight from a special member of our team. These regular phone calls would be arranged at a time mutually convenient to both you and the staff member. Topics of conversation each week could be around hobbies, local news or other topics of interest to you.
