Our weekly exercise sessions are individually designed for you by a qualified exercise physiologist to meet your needs and mobility. The weekly group programs last for 30 minutes to an hour and run throughout the year. You will develop your fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll even have some fun and make friends in the process! Call Vicki on 07 3871 3220 to book.
Our activities and events program keeps you engaged with the community and encourages fun and friendships. Trips, visits, BBQs, sightseeing, lunches, talks and much more is on offer weekly throughout the year. You and your family can find our activities and events in our latest newsletters or on our website under the Activities section. Or phone us on 07 3871 3220 to ask for the latest calendar.
Jubilee has introduced a suite of online services to complement the care our wonderful support workers offer in-person in clients’ homes. The online programs aim to offer a range of fun, educational and creative activities to keep you active and healthy, and to improve your general sense of wellbeing. They are also another way to stay connected and make new friends. All you need to take part is a computer, tablet or smartphone. Click here to find out more.
