Remaining independent at home means keeping healthy and keeping engaged with life.  At Jubilee Community Care, we provide a range of weekly programs and activities that you can participate in.  We provide transport to and from your home to each of the community-based programs.  We believe that these programs will help your quality of life.

We all know that staying active is one of the best ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy. Our weekly exercise sessions are individually designed for you by a qualified exercise physiologist to meet your needs and mobility. The weekly group programs last for 30 minutes to an hour and run throughout the year. You will develop your fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Our activities and events program keeps you engaged with the community and encourages fun and friendships. Trips, visits, BBQs, sightseeing, lunches, talks and much more is on offer weekly throughout the year. ONLINE PROGRAMS

Jubilee has introduced a suite of online services to complement the care our wonderful support workers offer in-person in clients’ homes. The online programs aim to offer a range of fun, educational and creative activities to keep you active and healthy, and to improve your general sense of wellbeing. They are also another way to stay connected and make new friends.  All you need to take part is a computer, tablet or smartphone. Click here to find out more.
