For more than 30 years Jubilee Community Care has provided professional and respected care to the elderly in their homes. And that is set to continue for many years to come. While our Jubilee Wanderers have some fun getting out and about on activities around Greater Brisbane you can also join in the fun online. These online services complement the care Jubilee’s wonderful support workers offer in-person and our community activities calendar.
ONLINE CONVERSATION SESSIONS VIA ZOOM
Jubilee is currently running online Zoom conversation sessions designed to keep your brain active and you engaged and connected in your community with the chance to grow new friendships. The sessions are run every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am – 11am.
All you need to take part is a computer, tablet or smartphone. Once you have registered for the Zoom session you will be emailed all of the details you need to take part. These services are open to all Jubilee Community Care clients. Assistance with setting up and operating Zoom can be given.
