Do you need photographic proof of identity but no longer have your driver license or a passport? Photo identity cards may be needed to conduct business such as opening bank accounts or in interactions with government agencies.
The Queensland Government has a Photo Identification Card for such times. You can apply in person for a photo identification card at a transport and motoring customer service centre, the Queensland Government Agency Program Office in Brisbane City, or a police station that provides licensing services.
