Stay Connected Nutrition for Seniors program

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until 7 April, 2021
Cooking for One or Two – Presented by Food Solutions: Dieticians provide lessons in basic cooking, nutrition and healthy ageing in a positive social environment. There will be nutritious cooking demonstrations and you share meals with participants.
Once a week for six weeks, starting Wednesday, March 3 from 10am-1pm at St Lucia.
