Tim specialises in lifestyle modification programs (including Stay Standing) for people with chronic diseases, injuries or other barriers.
Monique and Tim will describe the Stay Standing Program, the Train the Trainer model and how this package can enhance client care partnerships between community and primary care providers for better client outcomes. Monique developed the Stay Standing Program five years ago and is proud that it is Australia’s first national quality accredited falls prevention program. Stay Standing is a member of the Healthy Living Network and is a best-practice, person-centric approach for reducing falls risk and strengthening Primary Care and community provider partnerships.

Who should attend?
