We all know that staying active is one of the best ways to keep our bodies and minds healthy. Our weekly exercise sessions are individually designed for you by a qualified exercise physiologist to meet your needs and mobility. The weekly group programs last for an hour and run throughout the year.
You will develop your fitness, strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll even have some fun and make friends in the process!
We will also pick you up from your home, take you to class where our professionals at our seniors only gym will tailor the session around your needs and goals. After you’ve hit your targets for the week, we’ll then drop you home safely.
