Cooking for One or Two program
21 October, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Presented by Food Solutions, dieticians will provide lessons in basic cooking, nutrition and healthy ageing in a positive social environment.
There will be nutritious cooking demonstrations and you will share the meal at the end of each session.
The free program will run for six weeks starting Wednesday, October 21 and finishing November 25. It will be held at Graceville Presbyterian Church, 12 Bank Rd, Graceville.
This program will form part of a pilot study funded by the Department of Health. The University of Queensland’s Institute for Social Science Research will gather data, evaluate and publish the findings.
