For more than 30 years Jubilee Community Care has provided professional and respected care to the elderly in their homes. And that is set to continue for many years to come. But at Jubilee we recognise that times, as Bob Dylan says, the times they are a-changin’! And so we have introduced online services to complement the care Jubilee’s wonderful support workers offer in-person.
ONLINE CONVERSATION SESSIONS VIA ZOOM
Jubilee is currently running online Zoom conversation sessions designed to keep your brain active and you engaged and connected in your community with the chance to grow new friendships. The sessions with our activities coordinator Vicki are run every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am.
All you need to take part is a computer, tablet or smartphone. Once you have registered for the Zoom session you will be emailed all of the details you need to take part. These services are open to all Jubilee Community Care clients.
