Enjoy a catch up with friends or make new ones with our activities coordinator Vicki's online chitchat group. It meets over Zoom from 10am-11am. Assistance with the Zoom video platform on your computer, Ipad or mobile phone can be provided.
Participate in some gentle exercise for seniors in the Bodytrack exercise class. 10.30-11am.
