Enjoy a catch up with friends or make new ones with Vicki's online chitchat group. It meets over Zoom from 10am-11.30am. Assistance with tthe Zoom video platform on your computer, Ipad or mobile phone can be provided.
Participate in some gentle exercise for seniors in the Bodytrack exercise class. 10.30-11am.
Get stronger and healthier at the UQ Healthy Living exercise class. 1-2pm.
