Stay Connected Mindfulness program

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until 30 June, 2021
Mindful Connections – Presented by Conscious Beginnings: This popular program aims to empower and support older people to reduce their isolation and improve their wellbeing, resilience, mental health and self-care.
It will run once a week for eight weeks, starting Wednesday, May 12, from 10am – 11.30am. The program will be run at the Voices of Birralee Hall, 57 Carwoola St, Bardon.
