Nutrition/Cooking program

Cooking for One or Two – Presented by Food Solutions: Dieticians provide lessons in basic cooking, nutrition and healthy ageing in a positive social environment.
There will be nutritious cooking demonstrations and you share the prepared meals with participants.
Cooking for One or Two will run once a week from 10am-1pm for six weeks. This course will be held at Graceville Presbyterian Church, 12 Bank Rd, Graceville, starting from April 27.
The Cooking for One or Two Program is part of Jubilee Community Care’s Stay Connected Project, offering free activities to seniors in the community. For more information visit CLICK HERE.
