Jubilee has once again partnered with COTA to bring you an information session that will empower you on your journey.
Most of us wish to age well. Wellbeing, enablement, active ageing, wellness, person-centred care and so forth are terms we are hearing more often when talking about ageing and aged care services. This free information session will breakdown this terminology and provide tools for you to identify what is important to you as you age. You will learn to start making changes to improve your wellbeing and gain a better understanding of your options for accessing community and aged care services.
