Exercise class

Develop fitness, strength, flexibility and balance with your own program at Jubilee Community Care’s exercise classes.
Your program will be individually designed for you by a qualified exercise physiologist/physiotherapist to meet your needs and mobility.
The classes run Tuesdays from 1.30-2.30pm and Fridays from 1-2pm at gymnasiums catering to seniors.
