Jubilee Community Care Inc is a not for profit organisation led by the Jubilee Board whose primary function is to provide executive level stewardship and oversight of the organisation.
Jubilee Community Care was established in 1989 as a pilot caregiver agency project for the Community Options Program and based in Paddington as the Aged Care Unit of the Red Hill Paddington Community Centre.
In 1996 the organisation became incorporated under the name of Jubilee Community Care Incorporated. In 2013, we simplified this to Jubilee Community Care Inc (Jubilee Community Care for short). We have continued to build on our original commitment in supporting choices in care for people living in the community. This has seen the organisation grow to provide a wider range of service options including Community Aged Care Services and Veterans’ Home Care Services.
As a community organisation Jubilee Community Care has a strong history of working with local organisations, politicians and other community service providers including Meals on Wheels and day respite centres.
Jubilee Community Care still holds true to its community values and base in providing a reliable, flexible and individually based program of community care.
