Good relationships and courtesy are important to us. At Jubilee we pride ourselves on providing our clients with support on a day and time that is convenient.
Please be aware that at times there may be a variance of up to 30 minutes to a scheduled service time. If this variation is less than 30 minutes (earlier or later) you will not normally be notified of the change. If the variance is more than 30 minutes we will call you to advise of the new service time.
At times, circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, traffic delays or rerostering due to sudden staff absences may mean our support workers occasionally run late. We thank you for your understanding during these times.
