A review team from the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (Quality Agency) will visit Jubilee Community Care on Thursday 20th July 2017 to assess the quality of care and support services we provide to clients accessing Home Care Assistance Packages or the Commonwealth Home Support Program. The review team will talk to Jubilee Community Care management and staff. They will assess our paperwork and spend time looking at how home care and services are managed and delivered. A review of this kind occurs every 3 years.
The reviewers are interested in your views. If you wish, you can meet with a member of the review team to talk about the care and support services we provide to you. Any conversation you have with the quality reviewers will be kept confidential, the reviewers will take any information you discuss into account in assessing our service.
