Out and About

We provide social activities, regular outings and a range of exercise classes which keep you active and engaged with other people. These include picnics in the park, visits to local attractions, fish and chips at the seaside, shopping expeditions, falls prevention classes and information sessions about the latest developments in our Brisbane home help services.
